This kit is full of useful ideas and suggestions as to what you can do and how you can use your Woosah Kit. However, there are NO rules. Being creative is SO good for you so we ENCOURAGE you to add your unique flair to it.

Your Woosah Cards

In your gorgeous deck of Woosah Cards…..there are 3 different colours.
Each has a different meaning…….

The BLUE are an INTRO
The GREEN are a GUIDE to each item ( a card per item) to give you
some ideas as to how to use…..
The PINK are MINDFUL ACTIVITIES and there are LOADS…….

So pick a card and read it, shuffle them and play a game……pick 1 as
a team and do before, during or at the end of a meeting (before really
raises the energy & atmosphere increasing productivity and engagement)
or take one per pair / per person.

Use these if you are a manager, a colleague, a parent, a partner,
a person. They’re simple, but effective and everything is built on
neuroscience……so they’re proven to work

For most of us it’s almost impossible to solve HOWEVER, it can be done!

This is great to figit with or play with at heightened times of stress,
anxiety or worry. Really focus on the objective…..to win.

It will help you re-take control over those emotions that are trying to
override you – naughty naughty!!.

Woosah Dream Board

This AMAZING pad is full of options. Its designed on the concept of a bucket list. By writing things down we have a focus,
when we break big goals, aspirations / dreams down into achievable steps we are more likely to accomplish and succeed.
The MORE we achieve, the better we feel and the more resilience we develop. It’s all about outlook and planning.

Complete a page focused on something thats coming up….for example that presentation you want to nail, how you want
your next 121 to go, that all time important pay rise conversation…or that promotion?

Complete it from the perspective of your role or career, or as a team and
what you want to achieve together, OR complete it for your personal goals. You have LOADs of pages so the options are ENDLESS…..

Why not help someone else complete it? Are you a mental health first AIDER supporting someone? A line manager? A coach? HR?

Why not use it to encourage incentives….each team member completes
one each week, month or quarter and for everything they achieve….. they get a contribution to achieving something significant? get some
healthy competition going?

therapy principle..

As humans we can often get overwhelmed or sometimes we just need
to refocus. This pad is designed to help you work out how you get back
to feeling the best you can at the moment.

You can do it by yourself, with a friend a manager, a colleague, you
could do it as part of a team exercise, in 121s or coaching sessions.

packets then these are the perfect items for you. WAY less annoying,
ergonomic, discreet and effective.

Figiting is so good for you, especially when it’s important for you to listen.
Why? Well! When we figit with a sensory item such as these, it stimulates
our neurotransmitters that sharpen our senses. This naturally then increases
our attention and thus improves dramatically our ability to retain information.

Woosah Sticks are SO multifunctional……

Play them by yourself or with another or others…….

create a championship, a league…….this is not an easy game to play.

Place them in a heep and try to remove one without moving the others…..if
you do miss a go or give your stick back. Create your OWN RULES!

Why are these awesome for us?

Well……its incredibly good at bringing real quietness and focus
instantaneously. Its very hard to do and requires practice. its extremely
satisfying to win and to play.

These are BRILLIANT for aiding “Difficult” conversations because it allows
you to talk and discuss things at a relaxed pace without much eye contact
which often intensifies a neggy atmosphere.

Every manager and mental health first AIDER should have these in their tool
kits because they can completely change the atmosphere and dynamic of
upsetting / challenging conversations for the better.

Stickers

As humans we are impacted by different things which trigger different emotions,
thoughts, behaviours

The incredibly QUIRKY stickers are to provide you with the opportunity to create a really unique,
personal and effective anchor for happiness and loveliness.

Pop one on your pad, diary / workstation or give to someone else on a card or give to
the kids to create you a picture for your desk or locker…..

Quieten your mind and focus. Really think about what the sticker makes
you think about….only happy and positive emotions allowed though.

Practice real mindfulness. Creativity is GREAT for your brain. Fantasize
about having slippers that make you fly, where would you go? why? what magic adventure would you create for yourself?

These stress dice are SO FUN!

Squeeeeeeeze them and vent that frustration or help you to manage your
breathing by pulse holding in time with your breath (eg – squeeze for 3 seconds
release and repeat)

FIGIT with them OR……

Roll them and take the action

Play a game in a meeting or team where the speaker has to start or end their bit
with a roll of the dice……make meetings more interactive…..and FUN!

REMEMBER……

WE ARE THE MOST EFFECTIVE and content when our wellbeing is
mindful and puts us back in the driving seat of ourselves.

Anxiety is TOTALLY normal – we all have it – its designed to keep us
alive! But as most of us aren’t running around in vine leaves like we were a long long time ago (well maybe n the odd weekend?) we don’t
need it like we used to. Life is very different today and so we need to reprogram ourselves. We need to ensure that we manage our mind
and emotions and the more EFFECTIVE we are at this, the more RESILIENT we become.

Its TOTALLY possible. It TOTALLY works. Its NEUROSCIENCE not
Rocket Science. We all get 1 HUMAN life. This stuff will help you to
get the most out of it.

Our ambition is to change the look and feel of mental health,
to encourage people to take a proactive approach to self regulation
and to promote mindful wellbeing.

It’s TRANSFORMED our lives and we want to help you on your journey.
